Whitelisting Q-assign Static IP in your Salesforce Org for uniterrupted operations

Overview

Q-assign connects to your Salesforce org from a single static outbound IP. This article confirms the current IP, whether any additional ranges are required, and how to whitelist it in Salesforce.

 

Current Q-assign IP

• Static IP: 169.150.239.176
• Status: Valid and in use
• Additional ranges: None required at this time

 

Best-practice guidance

• Add the static IP to your Salesforce trusted IPs so Q-assign can connect reliably without interruptions.
• Change management: If we ever change this IP, we will communicate proactively and update our help content.

 

How to whitelist IP in Salesforce?

1. Go to Setup → Security → Network Access.

•  Click New under Trusted IP Ranges.

•  Enter Start IP = 169.150.239.176 and End IP = 169.150.239.176 (single address).

•  Save.

2. If you use Profile-level Login IP Ranges:

•  Add the same IP (start = end) to any profiles that require Q-assign connectivity.

4. Confirm Q-assign sessions are not being blocked and that login flows/errors no longer reference disallowed IPs.
