Known Issues / Limitations

Upgrading to Version 4.858 - Known Limitations:

Point-Based Assignment Modes with "NOW" or "TODAY": The use of “NOW” or “TODAY” on either the left or right side of an IF statement is not supported.
Point-Based Assignment with Multiple Rows: The "IF" section in the Member Points Scoring Rules currently supports only one row (criteria).
Load Balanced + Selection Criteria Assignment Mode: When configured, this mode behaves as Round Robin rather than performing the expected load-balancing distribution.
Point-Based Assignment with Member Matching Rules: When using Q-assign User Attributes or Q-assign Member Lookup Rules with Member Points Scoring Rules, the ‘Enforce Member Matching Rules’ setting must be enabled. Member Points Scoring Rules require matching rules to return users for which points calculations can be performed.

Upgrading to Version 4.731 (Octopus) - Blank Value for Max Records Per Job

When upgrading to release version 4.731 (Octopus), an error will occur if the Max Records Per Job value is blank for any Schedulers. This configuration setting became mandatory in version 4.731 (Octopus) and must therefore be populated prior to upgrading from an older release version.

NB - this issue has been resolved in release version 4.745 (Nightingale). When upgrading to this release version, a default value for Max Records Per Job is automatically set if it is blank at the point of upgrade.
