Add/Delete Active Record Criteria/Points for Multiple Objects

Active Record Count/Points for multiple objects are used to enable Q-assign to calculate Active Record Count (ARC) and/or Active Record Load Points across 3 different objects, i-e. 2 extra ARC for each AGs.

To add Active Record Criteria for Object 2/3, please follow the steps below:

Open the Assignment Group and click Edit
Scroll down to the Assignment Rules section where Active Record Criteria is present.
Click on Add Active Record Criteria for Object 2

Load Calculation Object 2: Select Object for which you want to calculate Active Record Criteria/Active Record Load Point.

Owner Field: Select the value for which you want to calculate load

Load Point Field: This is a field on Object 2 that defines the number of points representing the Effort/Load

As soon as you select Object2, Q-assign populates the option to add Active Record Criteria.

Add the Active Record Criteria for Object 2 by clicking on Add Row. Please see it here:

Note: Follow the same steps for adding Active Record Criteria for Object 3.

To delete the Active Record Criteria for Object 2/3, please follow the steps below:

Open the Assignment Group and click Edit

Scroll down to the Assignment Rules section where Active Record Criteria is present.

Click on Delete Active Record Criteria for Object 2
