How to control the Q-assign user availability component visibility in Lightning

You can control the visibility of Q-assign User availability component by showing and hiding to certain profiles. Salesforce allows to set the component visibility and please see below instructions to do so:

  1. Go to Home page and click on Setup
  2. Click on Edit Page

  1. Double click on Q-Assign User availability component and click on Add Filter

  1. Click on Select button

  1. Select the options as shown below and click Done button

  1. Select the appropriate operator and set the value as below if you want to make component visible only to the user with Administrator profile. Please modify the Value as per your requirements.

Once you set the appropriate profiles name and press the Done button, the component will be visible to those profiles.
