Configure Global Scheduler Scheduled Hours (Manager Process)


This feature allows assigning a Business Hours schedule to make the Manager job run only during the scheduled hours. The Manager job/process will start within 15 minutes of each defined start time and will stop within 5 minutes of each defined stop time. If no Business hours configured, then it will run 24/7.

 

Here are the instructions to configure Global Scheduler Scheduled Hours (Manager Process):

 

  1. Go to the QA Control Panel tab.
  2. Look for the field Global Scheduler Scheduled Hours (Manager Process) in the Scheduler Settings and Status section of the QA Control Panel tab.

  1. Click Edit in front of this field name i-e. Global Scheduler Scheduled Hours (Manager Process)
  2. Click the Lookup icon and search for the Business Hours

5. Select Business Hours from the list and click Save

 

 

 

Service Status:

 

The Service status tells the status of Watchers and managers running in the background process after configuring Global Scheduler Scheduled Hours (Manager Process). Please check the following status below:

 

  1. Running: Indicates all Watchers or Managers jobs are healthy/scheduled.
  2. Partial: Indicates not all Watchers or Managers jobs are healthy/scheduled.
  3. Off:  Indicates no Watchers or Managers jobs are healthy/scheduled.
